"I mainly do HIIT/cardio. I thought about trying yoga again as I wanted to rediscover myself and try and be in the moment rather than rushing around. I lost my mum a couple of years ago and Amanda encouraged me to come try her classes to see if I could reconnect with myself and enable me to understand my feelings and emotions without allowing them to define me, through meditation. Since going to yin yoga I can honestly say I’m feeling more in control of my everyday life, learning to appreciate my life, family and friends and really take time to be in the moment.
