These Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable so please read carefully.
Classes & Workshops
All bookings to be made via the online booking system with full payment in advance.
Once booked please use the contact form to complete your health information so that I can discuss any personal needs. Please disclose any health issues on the Contact section of the website when booking.
I do not accept cash on the night or do not offer classes on a “drop-in” basis. Numbers are strictly limited.
I operate a strict cancellation policy and no refunds or reimbursements will be given for cancellation or non-attendance. Classes are non-transferable and the 6 class discounted booking option is for the specified dates within the block and cannot be carried over to another course if classes are missed.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts, ensuring plenty of time is allowed for parking etc and getting settled. Mobile phones MUST be switched off. Late arrivals will not be allowed to disturb the rest of the class. Please respect this.
The statutory 14-day cooling-off period only applies if booked 2 weeks before the class starts.
Online Classes & Memberships
Single classes have an expiry date and will be lost if not used by that time which is specified.
Any unused class credits from recurring memberships will not be carried over until the following month. Memberships can be cancelled at any time and any remaining class credits will be available until the expiry date specified.
No refunds or reimbursements will be made for any cancellations, inactive memberships or expired class credits.
The specified deposit must be paid before a place on any of the retreats can be secured.
Any upgrade fees must also be paid at the time of booking.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
The full balance must be paid at least 2 months before the retreat starts, as stated on your invoice.
Please DO NOT book flights until I confirm that the retreat can definitely go ahead as minimum numbers are required for each venue for it to be viable.
Booking flights is entirely your own responsibility and you do so at your own risk. I recommend using a reputable ABTA protected travel agent to help you.
In the event of another global pandemic, all efforts will be made to transfer any monies paid to the new dates.

Q. The link doesn’t work, why?
A. It does work. You should be taken to a blue and white page with my logo on. Please choose the 3 horizontal lines in the top right hand corner to be taken to the main menu.
Q. Do I need to set up an account to view the classes?
A. Yes, please click the link on the classes page which will take you to the booking page. Set up a new account and password. You are now ready to go ahead and purchase your online classes either singularly or in multiple packs.
Q. Why do I have to set up an account with you?
A. It is essential that I know who is attending all my classes and that they acknowledge the Terms & Conditions/Waiver agreement. Also, it enables you to be able to book and pay for your classes quickly and easily.
Q. Can I try a class for free?
A. Yes, if you haven’t already set up an account, go to the on-demand classes to redeem the intro offer, just need to go to “Purchase” and select the intro offer and select “Buy”. The Intro offer is at £10 for a single online (on-demand) class. Once redeemed this offer, it will disappear from the Purchase page, it is only valid for one-time.
Q. How do I book a class?
A. First you must select the number of classes that you want to purchase. They come in 1,4 or 6 packs. Buy your class pack and then go to the schedule for in person classes and book your place or for online, go to the on-demand section and choose a class.
Q. Why are no classes showing?
A. If there are no live classes currently scheduled, go to the ON-DEMAND section to access the video library from the main menu. (3 horizontal lines, mobile version, top right corner, computer)
Q. It says there are no classes meeting your criteria, what does this mean?
A. This is the schedule for live and in-person classes only. There is an on-demand section to find the video library.

Q. Why can’t I access the intro offer?
A. If an account has already been set up you will already have received free class credits and if not used, they expire.
Q. Do I have lifetime access to the video library?
A. No, each class is on a pay for play basis and will use 1 class credit, unless a monthly or weekly membership option is in place.
Q. How long do I have to watch the videos?
A. Class credits have an expiry date, please check this before purchasing, unless a monthly or weekly membership option is in place.
Q. Why isn’t there a box to enter my discount code?
A. Discount codes have an expiry date and number of uses set, so when there isn’t a valid one active, the box will not be there.

Yin yang yoga is a practice that balances the slow-paced yin yoga with the traditional yang yoga (vinyasa and hatha). Yin yang yoga has its roots in China in the Taoist concepts of yin, the feminine, passive, cooling energy and yang – the masculine, dynamic, warming energy. The yin yang yoga practice uses both types of yoga to provide both physical and spiritual balance.
In yin yoga, the floor-based poses are held for a longer period of time, typically three to five minutes or longer to target the connective tissues and fascia, rather than focus on the muscles. This increases flexibility while working on the meridians (energy channels) of the body. The practice allows for deep relaxation and meditation.
Yang practices of dynamic movements, flows and standing poses. hatha yoga asanas and vinyasas that warm the body, stretch and strengthen the muscles and stimulate and balance the chakras.
By combining yin and yang yoga, energy and fitness is improved, whilst promoting relaxation and deep healing.

Being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome then PTSD, depression and anxiety fifteen years ago left me unable to function. I led myself down the holistic route to get my health and, ultimately, my life back, and along the way stepped into my role as a teacher and wellness guide centred around yin yoga and stress management.
I love sharing my practice with others. This powerful journey has so far involved over six hundred hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training and I won’t stop there! I just love learning, it’s my new addiction!
I’ve studied and trained in hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, aerial, yin, yin yang, acu-yin, yoga for trauma recovery and recently added restorative and yoga nidra.
I discovered yin yoga on my very first teacher training course in India.

Yin is where my healing was ignited and kick-started into gear! It’s why I had to delve deeper with the advanced yin yoga teacher training and then acu-yin. The common thread through all my yoga teachings is to switch off the stress.
Whilst being treated for complex PTSD, I developed a fascination with how the human brain works. What my consultant shared with me about my brain was incredible, and I needed to know more so I dived right in there into the world of metaphysics! This then led me into gaining my PhD in Metaphysical Science. Isn’t it just mind-blowing how things turn out?! I never imagined I’d be able to use my brain, and heal my body and mind, to the extent that I have.
The intensity and depth of my yoga training and academic studying and the way in which they come together in my sessions have created my unique style of teaching yoga.
Postures, nurture and calm are combined with the brain science behind the practice and meticulous preparation, bringing wisdom and learning from many different sources into each session, hence, MindScienceYoga.
Education and inspiration is woven into my teachings and comes from my own personal experiences, providing the essential knowledge for healthy stress management.
