Educational and inspirational, combining ancient wisdom, spiritual teachings and practical brain science. Outcomes are invaluable knowledge of how to deal with stress and lead a more balanced life. All postures are lying down or seated. Working on a deep level into the connective tissue and organs, towards the release of toxins and negative emotions. Candlelit room, calming, essential oils infused environment.
