Goddess Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

What is it that keeps you going all the time? What is stopping you from letting go?
Ask yourself “is this good for my body, is this good for my mind?” What does it really need?
Constant stimulation is not rest. This will not allow the body to heal.
Ask yourself, ”why can’t I allow myself to rest?”
Globally our resources are being depleted, just like our bodies are using up all the reserves by keeping going. Constant doing.

The amazing acupressure balls (acu-balls) we will be using in this part of the class will help to release the emotional baggage that’s been weighing you down and also the
absorbed energy from others and outside. Anxiety is accumulated stress that’s not released.

Restore
Restorative Yoga – a series of super relaxing supported poses to restore connection to the self. This is what true yoga is.
Focus on your own needs, make sure they are nourished.
We have the capacity to heal. Be in a place to receive.
The nervous system knows it is safe, then we can land into emotional relaxation.
For chronic stress and emotional traumas. Take the body to a place where there is no strain. Here there is no challenge. Nothing to work on or reach. Just be.

Here you have the opportunity to invite the Goddess Lakshmi to shower you with an abundance of health, wealth & happiness – not just in the material world, but also the spiritual world. This guided Goddess Yoga Nidra session will help to create the must-needed balance in order to experience true bliss and contentment in life.

Based on ancient wisdom from over 4000 years ago, these super powerful sessions of yin yoga & acupressure workshops are each themed to alleviate some of the most common stressors in our daily lives:
stress & anxiety, weight management & digestion, insomnia, headaches & migraines.
You will learn where the most magical acupressure points to activate self healing within the body are located and also how to combine these with simple yin yoga postures for an extra boost of energy exactly where it is needed.
By working with carefully selected meridians (energy pathways) and specific acupressure points throughout the body, we can help our bodies to direct the chi/prana/vital life force to create a healthy balance, restoring and rejuvenating our sense of wellbeing.
I’ve been blown away by just how amazing this simple addition to my self-care routine has been and am so excited to be able to share it with you!
If you have tried yin yoga before you will probably be aware of how miraculous this lesser known form of yoga can be, and if not then this course will be a double whammy super boost for you!
Suitable for all levels.

Learn valuable information about holistic health and stress management centred around healing practices of the different styles of yoga, yoga philosophy, practical brain science and ancient wisdom with workshops and classes.
