FAQs for the Sign up Process for online yoga courses:
A. It does work. You should be taken to a blue and white page with my logo on. Please choose the 3 horizontal lines in the top right hand corner to be taken to the main menu.
Q. Do I need to set up an account to view the classes?
A. Yes, please click the link on the classes page which will take you to the booking page. Set up a new account and password. You are now ready to go ahead and purchase your online classes either singularly or in multiple packs.
Q. Why do I have to set up an account with you?
A. It is essential that I know who is attending all my classes and that they acknowledge the Terms & Conditions/Waiver agreement. Also, it enables you to be able to book and pay for your classes quickly and easily.
Q. Can I try a class for free?
A. Yes, if you haven’t already set up an account, go to the on-demand classes to redeem the intro offer, just need to go to “Purchase” and select the intro offer and select “Buy”. The Intro offer is at £10 for a single online (on-demand) class. Once redeemed this offer, it will disappear from the Purchase page, it is only valid for one-time.
Q. How do I book a class?
A. First you must select the number of classes that you want to purchase. They come in 1,4 or 6 packs. Buy your class pack and then go to the schedule for in person classes and book your place or for online, go to the on-demand section and choose a class.
Q. Why are no classes showing?
A. If there are no live classes currently scheduled, go to the ON-DEMAND section to access the video library from the main menu. (3 horizontal lines, mobile version, top right corner, computer)
Q. It says there are no classes meeting your criteria, what does this mean?
A. This is the schedule for live and in-person classes only. There is an on-demand section to find the video library.

Q. Why can’t I access the intro offer?
A. If an account has already been set up you will already have received free class credits and if not used, they expire.
Q. Do I have lifetime access to the video library?
A. No, each class is on a pay for play basis and will use 1 class credit, unless a monthly or weekly membership option is in place.
Q. How long do I have to watch the videos?
A. Class credits have an expiry date, please check this before purchasing, unless a monthly or weekly membership option is in place.
Q. Why isn’t there a box to enter my discount code?
A. Discount codes have an expiry date and number of uses set, so when there isn’t a valid one active, the box will not be there.
