A series of six deep relaxation classes in a small group providing blissed-out stress relief using mindfulness throughout.
Outcomes are invaluable knowledge of how to deal with stress and lead a more balanced life.
All postures are lying down or seated. Working on a deep level into connective tissue and organs, towards the release of toxins and negative emotions.
Candlelit room, calming, essential oils infused environment. Non-strenuous.
For practitioners of all levels, including beginner and anyone with health issues.

Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Courses
Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes, for a duration of six weeks – £60
Total Length of Course Time: 9 Hours

Based around ancient wisdom from over 4000 years ago, this super powerful course of yin yoga & acupressure workshops consist of 4 x 2 hour sessions each themed to alleviate some of the most common stressors in our daily lives:
stress & anxiety, insomnia, headaches & migraines, weight management & digestion.
You will learn where the most magical acupressure points to activate self healing within the body are located and also how to combine these with simple yin yoga postures for an extra boost of energy exactly where it is needed.
By working with carefully selected meridians (energy pathways) and specific acupressure points throughout the body, we can help our bodies to direct the chi/prana/vital life force to create a healthy balance, restoring and rejuvenating our sense of wellbeing.
If you have tried yin yoga before you will probably be aware of how miraculous this lesser known form of yoga can be, and if not then this course will be a double whammy super boost for you!
Suitable for all levels.
Full instructions and guidance given throughout and a chance to share experiences at the end and how to incorporate simple quick fixes into your day to help you restore the inner harmony which is essential for us to lead a good quality of life.
