Yin yoga and mindfulness

A series of six deep relaxation classes in a small group providing blissed-out stress relief using mindfulness throughout.
Outcomes are invaluable knowledge of how to deal with stress and lead a more balanced life.
All postures are lying down or seated. Working on a deep level into connective tissue and organs, towards the release of toxins and negative emotions.
Candlelit room, calming, essential oils infused environment. Non-strenuous.
For practitioners of all levels, including beginner and anyone with health issues.
We have three courses running each week, choose from Monday or Thursday evenings or Friday mornings.
Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Courses
Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes, for a duration of six weeks – £60
Total Length of Course Time: 9 Hours

- Monday 17th June – 27th July at 6:30pm – 8pm
- Thursday 20th June – 25th July at 6:30pm – 8pm
- Friday 21st June – 26th July at 9:15am – 10.45am
- Friday 21st June – 26th July at 11:15am – 12.45pm
You do not have to be a member of Hearts Health Club/Hearts Gym to attend. Women only due to venue.
