Even if you are completely new to yoga or are struggling with a health issue, these unique yin yoga and mindfulness classes have something for you, something new to learn and apply to your daily life.
It’s a scientific fact that long term stress eventually leads to illness and disease, something that I have experienced first hand, through my personal struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome, PTSD, depression and anxiety, which are now firmly rooted in the past.
I specialise in delivering educational and inspirational yin yoga and mindfulness classes, combining practical brain science, ancient wisdom and spiritual counselling in an easy and down to earth manner to provide valuable knowledge and practices for transformation and stress management.
Allow me to teach you how to access the healing powers of yin yoga and mindfulness, educating you in a whole new way of thinking, being and living.
We work on a deep level into the connective tissue (fascia) and organs, towards the release of toxins and negative emotions, through meditation, breathing and long held seated and laying down postures.
£15 per person for each 90 minute class
£60 for all 6 sessions within the block.

Yin Yoga and Restorative Extra Relaxation Class

Two-hour special extra-long relaxation class, providing blissed-out stress relief using mindfulness throughout.
A calming and meditative practice with all postures laying down or seated.
Working on a deep level into connective tissue and organs, towards the release of toxins and negative emotions.
Softly lit room, calming, essential oils infused environment. Non-strenuous.
For women practitioners of all levels, including beginner and anyone with health issues.
£17.50 per person per class.
